Apple "Pie"

5 granny smiths, peeled and cored
1 tbsp lime juice
1 or 2 tsp cinnamon more needed
1 or 2 tsp brown sugar more needed
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (ish)
1 cup flour
1 egg
White quiche dish
350 - 55 minutes is too long (except if you like applesauce)
