Caramel Apple Pizza

1 batch sugar cookie dough
1 package cream cheese
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c peanut butter
3 medium apples
1/2 c caramel ice cream topping
* salted peanuts, chopped

Caramel Apple Cheesecake

- normal crust (1+ c crumbs, 1/4 c butter, 1/2 c sugar, cinnamon)

- 12 oz caramels, 2/3 c evaporated milk; cooked into dipping sauce (micro + serious patience)

- normal cheesecake (1 pkg, 1 egg, 1/4 sugar)
- 2 green apples, chopped, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp flour

1. Make/cook crust
2. Pour caramel to cover crust
3. Chop apples, shake with flour/cinnamon
4. Mix apples, cheesecake
5. Bake
6. More caramel

Crisp Topping

Mom

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon (nutmeg, too?)

1. With two knives, cut together margarine and flour to consistency of cornmeal.

2. Add oatmeal, sugar, spices.

Apple "Pie"

5 granny smiths, peeled and cored
1 tbsp lime juice
1 or 2 tsp cinnamon more needed
1 or 2 tsp brown sugar more needed

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (ish)
1 cup flour
1 egg

White quiche dish

350 - 55 minutes is too long (except if you like applesauce)

Apple "Raisin" Snack Cakes

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup ww flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 chopped granny smith
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots

1. Mix everything
2. Cook til brown on both sides.

* too much apple (half would be good)
* GF so-so --> cook fine, but don't really brown; pan much prettier, but a little doughy

good potential, but not quite there...
