Ricotta "stuffed" butternut

1 squuush - halved, seeded, pre-cooked in micro - maybe 14 minutes total?

butter, onions, garlic - sauteed
a bunch of baby spinach -heated

1 tub ricotta
2 eggs
italian seasoning
dill
parsley
lime juice - not very much
grated cheddar - maybe 1/4 cup - how come nobody bought parmesan?

350 - 20 minutes, maybe 25?

pretty yummy - rounder squash would be better though
