Kale Mushroom Butternut Frittata

eggs

yogurt

cheese


Cast iron - saute garlic and onions, wilt the kale (3-4), add butternut, then mixed eggs/yogurt/spices, cheese on top.

Stovetop for 8-10, broiler for 8-10.
